To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable items. This helps us ensure product safety.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund for the item subtotal (excluding shipping).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include a brief description and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll send a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.
In some cases, we may offer usage tips, a replacement, or a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds may require photo or video proof of the product and the issue.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
